E-commerce Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Site Merchandising Specialist to drive sales performance on Amazon.
- This is a dynamic role that requires the ability to plan, execute, and optimize site merchandising strategies, campaigns, and content across multiple product categories.
- The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in Site Merchandising / E-commerce Marketing, preferably with Amazon experience, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Key responsibilities include:
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive site merchandising calendars, including Gateway campaigns, new product launches, program-led sales, and category-wide events.
- Track and analyze customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase funnels to optimize traffic and conversion.
- Design and refresh storefronts based on customer demand and purchase patterns from wire frame development to execution.
- Coordinate with design teams to create engaging, conversion-driven marketing assets.
- Develop, test, and analyze new merchandising strategies to improve engagement, document results, and share best practices.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue through data-driven decision making.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in Site Merchandising / E-commerce Marketing, preferably with Amazon experience.
