
Digital Growth Strategist

We are seeking a talented business professional to spearhead our online business and drive growth through strategic leadership.
This is an executive role where you will lead a team of professionals across various departments, including Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, and Creative Content.
You will be responsible for:
- Driving revenue growth through sales, marketing, and business development initiatives.
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of brand strategies.
- Developing and implementing strategies for business expansion and future growth.
- Overseeing advertising and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness.
- Managing costs and overheads to ensure profitable business performance.
In addition, you will:
- Liaise with external partners and authorities as necessary.
- Review overall performance on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as profitability, merchandise efficiency, audit scores, and manpower utilization.
- Partner with 500+ brand principals to drive business based on market research and past product performance.
- Define and communicate the unique value proposition of our brand.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in executive leadership, preferably within the luxury retail or e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
