We are looking for a product steward who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. This person will ensure that our products align with strategic goals and deliver maximum value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Defining and Prioritizing the Product Roadmap: Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and prioritize the product backlog ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborating with Development Teams: Work closely with the data solution and engineering delivery teams to ensure technical feasibility and translate requirements into actionable tasks. Support release planning and management.
  • Ensuring Cross-functional Alignment: Act as a central point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration between different teams.
  • Leading Agile Activities: Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimating, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure efficient and effective development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Agile Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum, and other Agile frameworks.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and best practices. Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and propose solutions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology.
  • 4+ years' of experience in project management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Scrum or Agile experience.
