Senior Technology Director

We are seeking an experienced senior design manager to lead our design practice for retail convenience consumer technology in Bangalore. This role will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of user-centered design solutions, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and business impact across digital and physical touchpoints in the convenience retail sector.

The successful candidate will define and execute the design vision and strategy for retail convenience consumer tech, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. They will also lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of UX/UI designers, researchers, and content professionals.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with product management, engineering, and business teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and innovative design solutions. The ideal candidate will champion user research and data-driven design, ensuring products meet and exceed customer expectations in convenience retail environments.

• Design Expertise: Deep knowledge of UX/UI design, design systems, interaction design, and user research methodologies.
