Job Title: Technical Lead

We are looking for a seasoned IT leader to spearhead our .NET software development team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and mentoring a team of skilled .NET developers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of .NET developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with product managers and QA teams to define project requirements and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions that meet business needs.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to maintain adherence to industry best practices and coding standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success and exceed expectations.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, Web Forms, MVC, C#, SQL Server and .NET Core.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
  • Experience with database design and development, including SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
