Senior IT Director Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Director to spearhead our technology strategy, drive innovation, and ensure seamless execution of projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced experience in managing and troubleshooting virtualized environments, with expertise in hypervisor technologies.
  • Strong background in software & hardware troubleshooting across various systems and platforms.
  • Proficiency in network architecture and internet connectivity, including IP addressing, subnetting, and routing protocols.
  • Excellent knowledge of Active Directory management, group policies, user provisioning, and authentication services.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML configurations to support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, including threat analysis, risk assessment, incident response, and security monitoring.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure as code.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services.
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills.
