Job Title

Lead a dedicated production vertical, managing end-to-end processes and client relationships. Oversee project execution from initial brief to final asset delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients within the vertical, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower a team of Creative Producers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring effective project management.
  • Ensure all internal and external processes are followed, including documentation, contracts, payments, and compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain high standards of creative and production output, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 7-10 years of proven experience in production and client servicing, preferably within BFSI sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and empower a team of junior producers or project managers.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Deep knowledge of production workflows, including creative development, asset production, and delivery across digital and traditional media.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
