Job Title: Digital Product Manager

Hiring for a senior role as a Digital Product Manager (Credit/Insurance/Risk and Compliance) to lead transformational initiatives in the BFSI domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis, product ownership, and domain expertise with a proven track record of delivering high-impact digital products.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and communicating product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business priorities. This involves acting as a subject matter expert in their respective domain, owning and prioritizing the product backlog using Agile best practices, and partnering with stakeholders to capture requirements and ensure alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
  • Act as SME in your respective domain (Credit, Insurance, or Risk & Compliance).
  • Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog using Agile best practices.
  • Draft and refine user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with stakeholders (business, IT, compliance, actuarial, underwriting, risk teams) to capture requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies: backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.
  • Support build, testing, UAT, training, and rollout activities.
  • Monitor product performance, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction; drive continuous improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to enhance processes and user experience.
Domain Tracks:

Credit Analysis:

  • Expertise in credit assessment processes and regulatory reporting.
  • SME on RWA calculator (RWA, RoRWA, EL calculation).
  • Experience in credit transformation initiatives.
Insurance (Life, Health, General):

  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, claims, actuarial, compliance.
  • Experience in digital insurance product development.
  • Proven ability to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Risk & Compliance:

  • Experience in risk assessment, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to manage project/product delivery with regulatory considerations.
  • Hands-on in backlog refinement and product tracking for risk-focused initiatives.
Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of total experience, including 4+ years as a Product Owner.
  • Strong business analysis & documentation skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Proven stakeholder management & communication skills.
  • Track record of delivering high-impact digital products in BFSI.
