Job Title: Corporate Account Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Account Manager to join our team at Tata AIA Life Insurance. As a Corporate Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of life insurance business through bank customers at bank branches across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive wallet share in allocated bank branches with focus on product mix.
- Achieve pre-set business targets on ANP, case count, active branch, active sales staff, and various KPIs for designated branches.
- Work jointly with the Branch Manager on Business Implementation plan.
- Drive and motivate branch staff along with Bank RM and provide support for logging in applications sourced.
- Tap the right database of the branch and ensure authentic documentation.
- Build relationship with Bank Sales/operations team and ensure business targets and productivity targets of allocated branches are met effectively.
- Prospect and meet customers within and outside the branch as required.
- Develop, agree, and implement short-term and long-term plans to achieve sales targets.
- Achieve branch RM activation targets.
- Work collectively with Bank Sales/operations team and conduct joint sales calls as a team to achieve business numbers.
- Seek commitment from the partner towards achievement of business objectives.
