Learning and Development Opportunity

This is a dynamic role in which you will be responsible for managing various aspects of employee training and development.

  • Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with business leaders to identify learning gaps and develop strategies to address them.
  • Program Design & Delivery: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs, leveraging partnerships with external providers to ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with external training partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Training Evaluation: Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs and provide insights to improve future initiatives.
  • Communication: Craft engaging communication plans to promote learning programs and facilitate pre- and post-learning interactions with participants.
  • Facilitation: Deliver effective in-person and virtual training sessions on soft skills and leadership development.

The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
