Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to manage the end-to-end delivery of alumni-focused e-learning content projects across global markets. The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills, including the ability to navigate complex situations with a positive attitude, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the full lifecycle of global alumni e-learning content projects from planning and scoping to execution and delivery.
  2. Prepare comprehensive project maps, resource allocation plans, and execution strategies.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, ensuring transparent communication and timely updates.
  4. Develop and implement project management templates and lead process improvement initiatives.
  5. Oversee and track key project metrics—effort, timeline, and quality—ensuring no deviations from planned scope and budget.
  6. Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and timely reconciliation.
  7. C coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment on goals.
  8. Review deliverables to ensure adherence to organizational quality standards.
  9. Provide strategic and technical inputs to meet evolving customer requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
We require candidates with 5+ years of experience in e-learning/ed-tech work, who possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills. They must be detail-oriented, organized and able to think strategically. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field is also required. Proficiency in MS Excel/Airtable and Wrike or other project management tools is essential.
