Job Opportunity

The Placement Manager position involves overseeing the development and maintenance of relationships with employers, industry professionals, and alumni to generate job opportunities for students.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans to engage with IT companies and promote the benefits of recruiting students from educational institutions.
  • Coordinate meetings and presentations with company representatives to showcase the talent pool of students.
  • Collaborate with faculty and alumni to leverage connections and referrals for IT company recruitment.
  • Organize employer visits, guest lectures, and industry-specific events to facilitate networking opportunities for students.
  • Coordinate job fairs, on-campus recruitment drives, and internship programs to connect students with potential employers.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, job market demands, and emerging career paths to provide relevant information to students.
  • Gather feedback from employers and students to continuously improve placement processes.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in education or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications are advantageous.
