Key Responsibilities- Prepare all menu items as per company standards, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Manage kitchen operations effectively, ensuring smooth service delivery and high-quality dishes.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to public health standards.
- Develop and implement efficient kitchen processes, reducing waste and improving productivity.
- 4+ years of experience in a commercial kitchen setting, preferably in a leadership role.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and basic accounting concepts.
