Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Design menus that harmoniously align with our restaurant's vision and customer preferences, showcasing creativity and flair.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure seamless kitchen operations, maintaining food quality, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive and productive work environment by training and mentoring kitchen staff, encouraging growth and development.
  • Cost Management: Effectively manage food costs and inventory to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Sourcing: Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients, cultivating strong vendor relationships.
  • Recipe Development: Create and maintain recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards to ensure consistency across dishes.
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate kitchen performance, implementing adjustments as necessary to enhance service and quality.
Essential Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen, preferably in fine dining.
  • Proven track record of effective leadership and team management.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
