Job Description

We are seeking an experienced desktop support specialist to manage desktop administration and network support for our high-demand emergency helpline environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct remote desktop support and application customization with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain system performance through proactive monitoring and timely updates.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with voice-logging systems and remote support tools.
  • Degree in ECE, CS, IT, or EEE, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English and Tamil languages.
  • Ability to work in 24x7 shift operations.
  • Administer servers and ensure accurate documentation is maintained.
  • Manage inventory of hardware/software assets effectively.
  • Record technical resolutions and provide regular performance reports.
