Virtual Desktop Solutions Architect

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Desktop Solutions architect to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing end-to-end virtual desktop solutions using Citrix technologies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures.
  • Integrating Citrix products, including Virtual Apps and Desktops, ADC, and Cloud, with Azure virtual desktop services to provide comprehensive and cohesive virtual desktop solutions.
  • Configuring and managing Azure virtual machines, session hosts, virtual networks, and storage to create and maintain Azure virtual desktop environments.
  • Designing and implementing identity and access management strategies, including integration with Azure Active Directory, multifactor authentication, and role-based access controls.
  • Designing and configuring network connectivity between on-premises infrastructure and Azure, including network security measures such as firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience as a Virtual Desktop Solutions architect or similar role, designing and implementing virtual desktop solutions using Citrix technologies. Strong knowledge of Azure virtual desktop services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, and virtual networks, is required. Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, ADC, and Cloud is also essential. Experience in network design, identity and access management concepts, performance optimization techniques, monitoring tools, and troubleshooting methodologies is highly desirable. Certifications in Citrix and Azure technologies are a plus.
