Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions. They should be skilled in designing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow Field Service Management module.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implementation of modules such as Workforce and Resource Management, Work Order management, Appointment scheduling and dispatch, Setup Map Based and calendar based dispatcher view, Mobile app for FSM Agents and Surveys and analytics, Asset and Inventory management, and Now Assist for FSM.
  • Experience with ITSM and Custom Service Portal.
  • Extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform security, performance, and compliance.
  • Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JS Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, and Jelly.

The candidate should be able to collaborate with teams to understand their requirements and pain points, translate them into functional specifications, conduct workshops and training sessions for end users, perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during the implementation phase, and provide ongoing support to end users addressing their queries and issues related to the ServiceNow platform module.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB Agent workspace and virtual assistant.
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
