Job Title: DGM Commercial CFS Sales

Johnson Controls is seeking a highly motivated and experienced DGM Commercial CFS Sales professional to join our team in the Western Region.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned sales and business development professional to drive sales growth and business development activities in the Western Region, covering Maharashtra, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat states for our Commercial Vertical.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual targets set by the organization.
  • Carry out business development and sales activities in the region, promoting Building Management Systems, Electronic Security Systems, Fire Alarm and Public Address Systems to end-users, consultants, EPC contractors, and developers.
  • Meet customers and promote IBMS offerings by Johnson Controls.
  • Conduct technical presentations to clients based on customer requirements, highlighting the key features and differentiators between competitor solutions and Johnson Controls' offerings.
  • Perform preliminary site surveys and create Bills of Quantities for identified projects.
  • Have a sound understanding of HVAC and BMS products and solutions.
  • Work closely with end-users and consultants in the region.
  • Be an individual contributor reporting into the Commercial Vertical Leader.
Requirements:
  • Hold an Engineering degree, preferably.
  • Have 08 to 12 years of solutions/project sales experience in the field of IBMS and/or Electronic Security Systems/Fire Detection & Suppression Industry.
  • Knowledge in Building Management Systems is an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
  • Proven track record of winning IBMS/security projects in previous organizations.
  • Ability to make technical sales presentations to customers/consultants.
  • Strong domain knowledge of Building Management Systems, Fire Detection, and Security Systems.
  • Excellent techno-commercial negotiation skills.
  • Consultative approach with customers, with the ability to support designing solutions around their requirements at a conceptual level.
