Business Partner Opportunity

You will be responsible for driving organizational success through people-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strategic partnerships with senior business leaders to provide thought leadership on organizational and talent management strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop a comprehensive people plan that drives lasting change in the business.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design effective solutions for talent acquisition, career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, employee engagement, learning & development, recognition programs, and rewards.
  • Utilize data strategically – identify and surface trends in qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions regarding succession planning and career growth.
  • Build deep connections and understanding of people in the business to maintain a healthy pool of talent and succession for critical roles.

  • Strong HR experience across talent management, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Ability to work in complex environments.
  • Skilled at problem-solving and comfortable with ambiguity.
