Job Description

As a Senior Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, quality, and performance across key business functions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement frameworks for process improvement, performance management, and strategic transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead process re-engineering and optimization initiatives across digital marketing verticals (media, creative, data, content).
  • Implement quality and governance frameworks (SOPs, KPIs, audits, compliance) to ensure consistent performance.
  • Provide data-driven insights and dashboards to leadership for decision-making.
  • Drive key strategic projects like automation, workflow digitization, shared service models, or integration post-acquisition.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 7+ years of experience in business excellence, strategy, or operations, preferably in digital marketing, media, consulting, or tech-enabled services.
  • Proven track record of leading transformation initiatives across functions.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Experience working in a matrix, fast-paced, client-facing organization.
  • Exposure to digital/advertising/creative/media agency processes is a plus.
