Senior Data Strategy Lead

We are seeking a visionary data strategist to drive the adoption of artificial intelligence and machine learning across our organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with senior leaders to understand business processes and propose innovative solutions to enhance business outcomes.

You will partner with functional heads to identify and solve complex business challenges using AI and analytics solutions. Your key responsibilities will include defining and developing an approach to scale AI/ML initiatives, enabling business decision-making, and co-creating data-driven strategies through storytelling with data and presenting insights to top business leaders.

Additionally, you will build and manage external relationships with cross-industry and academia forums to seek new and innovative approaches and showcase our learnings. You will also drive AI & Analytics projects end-to-end, including conceptualization, development, implementation, and continuous monitoring.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • MBA or Master's degree in quantitative fields from top-tier institutes.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of work experience in analytical roles.
  • Strong collaborator with demonstrated abilities to influence and challenge conventional thinking.
  • Exceptional ability to multi-task, prioritize, and govern project execution.
  • Demonstrated passion for AI/ML/Data Science through developed solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with various open-source tools and technologies such as Python, R, Spark, etc.
  • Experience with ML/DL frameworks and deep understanding of cloud-based services around Gen AI, Vision, Text, and Speech AI.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a client-facing data science consulting role.
