Operations Manager Job Description

As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily activities of the warehouse, including order processing, shipping, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Operations: Ensure that all warehouse operations are carried out efficiently and effectively, with a focus on meeting customer delivery deadlines.
  • Inventory Management: Supervise the inventory stock levels and ensure that they are accurately recorded and updated regularly.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards for all products stored in the warehouse.
  • Team Management: Train and supervise a team of warehouse staff, including executives, pickers, and riders, to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management on warehouse operations, highlighting areas of improvement and success.
