Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gorakhpur for the position of Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with different departments, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, managing staff, and handling customer inquiries and relations. The role also involves process improvement, resource allocation, and performance monitoring to ensure that the production targets are met efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Experience in operational management, process improvement, and resource allocation
  • Strong interpersonal and team management skills
  • Proficiency in safety and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and relations effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Relevant experience in the mining and metals industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
