Key Responsibilities:

  • Basic design, install, and maintain instrumentation and control systems for our automated plant.
  • Skill on basic programs for automated systems using PLCs (Siemens & Rockwell), SCADA, and other automation technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in electrical and control systems, and perform corrective actions.
  • Perform testing and calibration of instrumentation equipment and automation systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and improve automation processes for manufacturing, production, and other operational processes.
  • Conduct regular system checks and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation of line equipment and process (Beverage and Dairy).
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines over the plant.
  • Provide technical support and training to operators and technicians on automation systems and instrumentation equipment.
  • Document design on maintenance processes and keep records up to date for line equipment's and utility also make sure the critical spare part availability for maintenance and breakdown.
  • Manage and monitor system data, create reports, and analyze performance for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in instrumentation and automation.
