We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in hotel front office operations and proficiency in IDS Software. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth guest check-ins and check-outs, maintaining high guest satisfaction levels, and supporting all front desk operations with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and room assignments using IDS Software.
  • Greet guests warmly, assist with inquiries, and ensure exceptional service throughout their stay.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
  • Manage guest complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing, and payments.
  • Handle telephone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Prepare daily reports and assist in night audit if required.
  • Maintain the lobby area's appearance and uphold hotel service standards.
  • Support the Front Office Manager in daily operations and training of new staff when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in front office operations at a hotel.
  • Proficient in IDS Software (Front Office Module).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality with strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and handle guest concerns efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of billing, payment processing, and front desk reports.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time
