About the Role:
  • Operational Leadership: Lead and direct all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and daily activities to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business revenue and profitability targets through efficient operations and effective team management.
  • Monitor branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a high-performing team of sales associates, customer service representatives, and administrative personnel to meet business objectives.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to team members to promote professional growth and development, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, high motivation levels, and exceptional customer service standards among staff.
  • Customer Service: Ensure consistently high customer service standards are upheld by all branch staff, addressing inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and satisfactory manner to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Implement customer-focused initiatives to enhance overall customer experience and build long-term relationships with valued customers.
  • Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand business partnerships, and explore new markets to increase market share and competitiveness.
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies, staying ahead of the competition and driving business success.
