About the Role:
We are seeking an accomplished executive to lead our business operations and drive strategic growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Lead a high-performing team to deliver results-oriented outcomes and exceed performance targets.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop plans to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Develop and manage the organization's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate key business risks, ensuring the company's sustainability and competitiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. An MBA is highly desirable.
- At least 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
- Strong business acumen, financial management skills, and experience managing P&L for a business unit.
- Excellent leadership, management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex business plans.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias towards action and a willingness to take calculated risks.
