Job Description: Business Development Executive (IT Industry) Location:Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years (IT/Software/Digital Services) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the IT field. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our IT solutions and digital services in Gorakhpur and beyond. Key Responsibilities: * Identify, generate, and develop new business opportunities for IT products, software solutions, and digital services. * Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and meetings. * Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to provide customized IT solutions. * Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations for potential clients. * Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth. * Stay updated with the latest trends in IT, software development, and digital marketing. * Maintain CRM records and prepare weekly/monthly business reports. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Business Development/ Sales in the IT sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Good understanding of IT services such as software development, digital marketing, web/app development, and cloud solutions. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online research.
