Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Social Development located in Gorakhpur. The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing social development projects, coordinating with stakeholders, creating and implementing strategies for community engagement, and ensuring the successful execution of social initiatives. The role also involves monitoring and evaluating program outcomes, preparing project reports, conducting field visits, and providing support to project teams to achieve organizational goals.

Required
Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 year
    of Experience in managing social development projects and community engagement
  • Strong organizational, coordination,team handling and project management skills
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing strategies and preparing project reports
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to conduct field visits and provide support to project teams
  • Relevant experience in the education and non-profit sectors is a plus
  • Master's degree in Social Work
    , Sociology, Development Studies, or related field
