Job Title

We are seeking an experienced UX Strategist to join our product experience group. This role focuses on designing end-to-end user experiences for admins and customers, enabling seamless interaction and facilitating effective budget management and permissions.

  • Conceptualize innovative new product design solutions that differentiate the Vista experience for customers.
  • Translate ambiguous ideas into concrete user stories and deliver unique product experiences through a user-centered design process.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to experiment with design composition and generation algorithms.
  • Work closely with our in-house design systems and marketing teams to ensure high-quality designs meet customer needs.
  • Contribute to a long-term Vista experience strategy and vision.

This role also requires strong UX leadership across product teams and initiatives, influencing priorities within the domain and aligning with cross-functional partners on scalable experiences.

You will foster a strong user-centered design practice, evangelize UX + design, build a thriving design culture, and share your expertise. You will also attract, inspire, and develop talent across the larger Vista UX + design community.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience designing innovative digital products within large-scale ecosystems.
  • 5+ years of experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, design, content, and research teams.
  • 5+ years of directing and mentoring junior designers, guiding collaborators through a successful user-centered process.
  • Multiple case studies demonstrating user-centered, creative, highly conceptual, and innovative design solutions with measurable positive impact.
