Job Title: Visionary Data Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned expert in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to spearhead our AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Classical ML, Conversational AI, and Deep Learning Systems.

The successful candidate will oversee the development of innovative AI-driven solutions, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with key stakeholders to align AI strategies with business goals.

  • Define and drive the AI/ML strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead research, design, and development of cutting-edge machine learning and deep learning models.
  • Establish best practices for data pipelines, feature engineering, model deployment, and AI governance.
  • Evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend their adoption where beneficial.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, etc.

A strong leader with exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, the successful candidate will be able to communicate complex AI concepts effectively to business stakeholders.
