Job Opportunity:

Are you a results-driven professional with exceptional people management skills? Do you have experience in managing day-to-day warehouse operations and last mile delivery functions?

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to join our retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing logistics and ensuring seamless coordination between stores and warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage retail and last mile delivery functions
  • Responsible for handling entire retail operation and warehouse operation
  • Foster strong relationships with the stores team and warehouse team
  • Negotiate and handle day-to-day operations with a 3rd party operator
  • Oversee invoicing, E-waybilling, reconciliation of Transporter Billing & Invoices, and analysis of Store Inward, Outward
  • Manage the core team of warehouse operations retail team
  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports

Requirements:

  1. Experience of handling at least 80 stores warehouse day to day operations
  2. Experience on Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
  3. Strong people management with cross functional team & communications skills
  4. Knowledge of ERP/WMS like (Vinculum) will be an added advantage
  5. Great communication
  6. Excellent customer service and people skills
