Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our key client relationships and drive growth in existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, account management, and client relationship building.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue in key accounts, diversifying products and services to meet established targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to provide trusted advisory services to clients, driving business growth and protecting existing relationships.
- Manage new business development and account management initiatives, ensuring program managers lead profitable and efficient programs with strong customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven customer-facing skills in multicultural environments.
- Ability to strategize, build business cases, and present Incture PoV on various topics at the first level.
- Strong knowledge of IT/product delivery systems and methodologies, including Agile, CI/CD, and AMS.
- Experience in closing deals in the range of $250K-$3M and scaling client accounts.
- Extensive experience in building referenceable client relationships and delivering IT solutions.
