Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • MBA or Postgraduate degree in HR or a related field
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment software, including ATS and CRM systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a data-driven environment
