Financial Associate Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive accounting professional to join our team in Pune, India.

  • Responsibilities include performing daily accounting operations, entering financial data accurately in Tally Prime, and maintaining organized records of all financial transactions and documents.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment tracking, as well as support the finance team during monthly closings and external/internal audits.

Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices is required.
  • Proficiency in Tally Prime is essential.
  • A strong command of MS Office, especially Excel and Word, is necessary.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) is preferred.
  • Good organizational and documentation skills are required.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential.
  • A strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy are necessary.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. Additional certification in accounting tools/software is an advantage.
