Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our growing team as an Advertising Sales Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, marketing, and building strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in advertising sales, media sales, or a similar role. They will be responsible for developing and executing advertising sales strategies, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

This role requires strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously, while providing excellent customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ad sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, media agencies, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with detailed reporting and insights

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, or a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, and CRM software
  • Results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities
