High-Value Sales Specialist

As a High-Value Sales Specialist, you will drive high-value transactions in the luxury real estate market. You will oversee the entire closing process from contract to closing date, ensuring all timelines are adhered to and necessary documents are prepared and reviewed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate complex financial transactions with lenders, title companies, and other parties.
  • Ensure all legal documents and contracts are accurate, complete, and compliant with local regulations.
  • Provide exceptional client communication and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the closing process.
  • Manage transaction documents securely and maintain organized files for accessibility.
  • Identify potential issues and proactively work to resolve them promptly.
  • Cultivate effective communication and cooperation among stakeholders, including real estate agents, attorneys, and lenders.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of closing documents to ensure accuracy and completeness before finalizing transactions.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree (business, marketing, real estate); an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred. Additionally, 2-3 years of experience in high-value sales or luxury real estate, with proven closing success is required. You should also have exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities, as well as proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and sales analytics tools.
