Our organization is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team.

This role will involve examining and analyzing financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, handling audits, budgeting, forecasting, account reconciliations, ledger maintenance, and financial reporting. Additionally, you will provide strategic financial advice to management for decision-making, monitor cash flow, and manage financial risk.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP) and MS Excel, excellent attention to detail, and organizational abilities. You should also possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have a Chartered Accountant certification and 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, or financial management. Strong knowledge of Accounting standards, GST, and income tax laws is essential.
