**Financial Planning and Analysis Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing company-level monthly MIS reports, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations to executive management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing financial models to forecast income and expenditure
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure effective accounting and financial controls
  • Preparing annual operating plans and financial forecasts for the organization
  • Working closely with P&L heads to identify reasons for margin variances
  • Establishing an environment of continuous improvement and eliminating non-value added tasks
