Remote Appointment Setter Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Appointment Setter to join our rapidly growing team. As a key member of our life and health insurance industry team, you will play a critical role in speaking with pre-qualified leads and booking consultations for licensed agents across the U.S.

Job Description:

As a Remote Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to warm leads using our dialer and CRM. You will follow a scripted format to educate leads and schedule appointments, input detailed notes and statuses into the CRM after each call, meet or exceed daily and weekly booking goals, participate in coaching sessions and team meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong English communication skills, spoken and written.
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling objections.
  • Reliable internet, power backup, computer, and smartphone.
  • Motivated, consistent, and able to follow instructions.
  • Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
