Role Overview

This role involves creating and managing growth strategies that are driven by referrals, communities, and partnerships. It requires leveraging personal and professional networks, affiliates, influencers, and brand advocates to expand our reach and adoption.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage marketing channels based on networks, including referral programs, affiliate partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
  • Drive grassroots adoption campaigns by engaging with local communities, associations, and groups.
  • Design reward-based marketing strategies to incentivize referrals and word-of-mouth growth.
  • Identify and onboard network leaders, micro-influencers, and community ambassadors in fintech/Web3 spaces.
  • Analyze referral funnels, campaign performance, and ROI for all network-driven initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design network-centric campaigns (contests, ambassador programs, incentive structures).
  • Represent the company at local events and webinars to build credibility and visibility.
  • Educate potential users and partners on our product offerings and benefits through network-based outreach.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in network marketing, affiliate marketing, or community-driven growth.
  • Proven success in building and scaling referral or ambassador programs.
  • Strong connections in crypto, fintech, or digital communities.
  • Understanding of performance-based growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI on referral campaigns).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to mobilize communities and turn users into brand advocates.
