Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Employee Relations Executive. In this position, you will play a vital link between our consultants and the organization's experience.

You will be responsible for enhancing consultant satisfaction, addressing complex employee matters, and driving retention while identifying growth opportunities through referrals and redeployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with business consultants across the U.S.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations issues including business conduct, terminations, restructuring, and HR policies.
  • Evaluating and reviewing employment decisions to resolve employee concerns effectively and fairly.
  • Designing and implementing data-driven ER models and trending analysis to influence decisions and improve consultant experiences.
  • Generating new business opportunities through consultant referrals and redeployment.
  • Handling a caseload of high-complexity ER matters and internal investigations.
  • Collaborating with service delivery managers to strengthen consultant retention and engagement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills – verbal and written, strong people management and interpersonal skills, sound decision-making and analytical thinking, and ability to build trust and influence across all levels of management.
