Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding & HR Operations: Manage the onboarding process, documentation, and other essential HR operations for our growing team.
  • Employee Wellbeing & Engagement: Support initiatives that promote employee wellbeing, engagement, and development.
  • Policies, Processes, & Systems: Help define and maintain policies, processes, and systems that make work smoother and more consistent.
  • Partnerships & Problem-Solving: Partner with leadership to identify and solve people-related challenges.
  • Culture Champion: Champion a culture of care, collaboration, and growth across the team.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, people operations, or similar roles.
  • Cultural Fit: You care deeply about people and culture, and enjoy building systems that make a difference.
  • Skills & Abilities: You're organized, proactive, and skilled at problem-solving in a fast-growing environment.
  • Communication & Collaboration: You communicate clearly, work collaboratively, and can inspire trust across the team.
