Senior Manager Position

As a senior manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving pipeline from our website and leading high-performing teams.

  • Oversee performance across paid search, display, paid social, SEO, GEO, and the website itself to drive efficient growth.
  • Own the performance of our website and blog by establishing best practices amongst the team that lead to optimized content architecture and on-page SEO.
  • Lead our paid media strategy and execution across paid search, display, and paid social to drive impact.
  • Build and develop a web and digital testing playbook: implement A/B and multivariate testing programs across the site and paid media to improve conversion and engagement.
  • Manage a team of four digital marketers, helping them prioritize initiatives and grow their craft in performance marketing.
  • Collaborate with demand generation, product marketing, content, and design teams to ensure our digital presence is aligned with campaign priorities and audience messaging.

Key qualifications include:

  • 6–8 years of experience in web marketing, digital performance marketing, or search marketing roles.
  • Deep experience with SEO, paid media, and conversion rate optimization tactics.
  • Experience managing website CMS platforms and optimizing across landing pages, forms, and CTAs.
  • Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and external agencies.
  • Data-driven and outcome-oriented—you know how to turn insights into performance.
