Lead Solutioning Expert for Healthcare Payer Growth

This key role focuses on leading the design and implementation of innovative solutions to drive growth in the healthcare payer segment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in shaping go-to-market strategies, crafting differentiated solutions, and enabling business growth through strategic customer engagements.

  • Solution Development: Drive the development of AI-led technology and Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) solutions for payers, Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), and Value-Based Care (VBC) models.
  • Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify relevant solutions and offerings.
  • Thought Leadership: Develop thought leadership perspectives, white papers, and represent the organization in industry forums to build a strong vertical brand presence.
  • Customer Engagements: Lead customer meetings and workshops to assess gaps, identify needs, position, co-develop solutions, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Partner & Analyst Engagement: Collaborate with partners, analysts, and sales teams to execute GTM strategies including joint solutioning and expand market reach.
  • GTM Strategy & Marketing: Define and refine go-to-market strategies and lead marketing efforts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Required Competencies:

  • Industry Experience: 15+ years of overall industry experience, including: 10+ years in the healthcare domain, specifically in the US health insurance (payer) segment.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience/expertise in payer workflows, regulatory frameworks, and technology landscape.
  • Business Analysis: Business analysis, solutioning, conceptualizing/driving AI-led techno-functional solutions.
  • BPaaS Engagements: BPaaS engagements for payers, TPAs, MCOs, and VBC models.
  • Presales & GTM Execution: Strong track record in presales, GTM execution, and stakeholder management.
