Artificial Intelligence Strategist

We are seeking an Artificial Intelligence Strategist to drive operational excellence through integrated data and AI. This individual will lead internal AI initiatives, contribute to AI-oriented product offerings, bridge business acumen with foundational AI knowledge, and possess strong domain knowledge in DevOps, IT Service Management, Portfolio and Project Management, or Cloud migrations and adoptions.
This role requires a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across teams to identify high-impact AI use cases and lead 'quick win' internal AI pilot projects. The successful candidate will establish data governance practices with IT, contribute to AI product vision and roadmap, and translate successful operational AI solutions into customer-facing products.

- Lead strategic AI initiatives to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency
- Establish and maintain data governance best practices within the organization
- Contribute to the development of AI-oriented product roadmaps and visions
- Translate successful AI solutions into actionable business strategies
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in solutioning for PPM, ITSM, or DevOps domains
- Solid understanding of core AI/ML concepts and their applications in real-world scenarios
- Familiarity with enterprise software platforms such as Atlassian, Google Workspace, AWS, Monday.com, and GitLab
