At an independent music label dedicated to global underground music, we seek a passionate and results-driven professional for 3-6 months (potential full-time role) to join our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pitch our multi-genre catalogue to secure commercial sync placements with music supervisors and brands across the globe.
  • Establish relationships with key industry professionals including supervisors, directors, and producers through proactive outreach and networking efforts.
  • Track pitches, leads, and placements for ongoing opportunities in a timely manner.
  • Explore secondary business opportunities for catalogue songs, including covers, remixes, and collaborations with emerging artists.
  • Stay ahead of sync trends and industry requests across entertainment and advertising by conducting thorough market research.
  • Provide regular reporting on activity, progress, and revenue opportunities to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in securing sync placements and building strong relationships with music supervisors.
  • Skilled in coordinating music submissions and developing effective sync strategies.
  • Strong research abilities for identifying potential sync opportunities and staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Contract management and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with an entrepreneurial mindset and high level of self-motivation.
  • Familiarity with the global underground music scene is beneficial but not required.
