We are seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team, empowering leaders in the Life Sciences industry with data-driven insights.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will develop and manage dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using cutting-edge BI tools. They will analyze sales trends, market performance, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks, providing actionable recommendations for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Create data-driven insights through statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
    • Develop and implement reporting solutions using Tableau or similar platforms.
    • Analyze sales trends, market performance, and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
  • Data Management:
    • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by collaborating with IT and data engineering teams.
    • Manage large datasets from internal and external sources, including CRM systems, market intelligence platforms, and supply chain databases.
    • Support the implementation and optimization of data warehouses and ETL processes.
  • Strategic Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on BI initiatives.
  • Market and Competitive Intelligence:
    • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to provide actionable intelligence.
    • Support forecasting and scenario planning based on industry insights.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify and implement best practices in BI processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Train team members and stakeholders on the use of BI tools and data interpretation.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong SQL and data modeling capabilities; experience with Python or R is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing business challenges.
