Job Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive cohort analysis using data to track user acquisition, retention, and revenue performance across different user segments and acquisition channels.
- Calculate and monitor key growth metrics including Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Return on Investment (ROI), Revenue Operating At Scale (ROAS), payback periods, and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- Build and maintain advanced attribution models to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and optimize budget allocation across channels.
- Collaborate with data engineers to design, optimize, and maintain data pipelines that process raw data for analytical purposes.
- Develop complex SQL queries in Snowflake to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets for growth insights.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards in Metabase to visualize key performance metrics and provide self-service analytics for stakeholders.
- Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the impact of product changes and marketing campaigns on growth metrics.
- Partner with client teams (marketing, product, finance) to optimize campaigns, identify growth features, and align analytics with business planning.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and benchmark performance.
- Create predictive models to forecast user behavior, revenue projections, and campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role, preferably in mobile app or SaaS environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis, with specific experience in Snowflake data warehousing.
- Advanced experience with Metabase for creating interactive dashboards and self-service analytics solutions.
- Demonstrated experience with statistical analysis, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
- Deep understanding of growth metrics including LTV, CAC, ROAS, retention rates, and revenue attribution models.
- Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies, experimental design, and statistical significance testing.
