Job Description

We are seeking a skilled data analyst with strong expertise in both Java and Python programming. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and reporting while building automation solutions and working with large datasets. This role combines traditional data analysis with programming-driven problem-solving to deliver meaningful business insights.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on complex data projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources for analysis.
  • Programming and Automation: Write and optimize complex SQL queries, use Python and Java for data processing, and develop automation solutions.
  • Statistical Analysis and Predictive Modeling: Perform statistical analysis and develop predictive insights using data science libraries.
  • ETL Pipeline Development: Design and maintain ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
  • Dashboard Creation and Data Visualization: Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports to present findings.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Java.
  • Data Manipulation and Integration: Experience with data manipulation, integration, and analysis.
  • Data Visualization Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or matplotlib/seaborn in Python.
  • ETL Processes and Workflow Automation: Knowledge of ETL processes and workflow automation.
  • Statistical Analysis and Data Modeling: Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
